Agape is a ministry of Faithworks Church dedicated to showing the unconditional love of Jesus in practical ways throughout our community. We are focusing on meeting real needs - offering help, hope and compassion as Christ did. Through acts of service, generosity & genuine care, we seek to reflect true agape love - one that expects nothing in return & reaches people right where they are. Our prayer is that every person we serve feels seen, valued & deeply loved by God. Below are some of our recent projects.
Backpacks of Blessings
Each year, as students prepare to return to school, Agape Works provides backpacks filled with essential school supplies to children whose families may be facing financial challenges. Our goal is simple: remove barriers to learning, ease the burden on parents, and remind every child that they are valued and supported.
Petals of Love
Through this initiative, volunteers deliver fresh carnations along with handwritten notes and cards filled with uplifting messages, prayers, and words of hope. These simple yet meaningful gifts are designed to remind each resident that they are remembered, valued, and deeply cared for.
